Terms of Service

These terms describe how Medigo's website, packages, subscriptions, and implementation services are provided.

Services provided

Medigo provides clinic-management software, implementation, configuration, and consulting services as described in the selected package or proposal. Specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are confirmed in a separate quotation or agreement accepted by the clinic.

Medigo is a technology and consulting platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed professionals using the platform.

Packages and subscriptions

Packages combine a one-time implementation investment with an ongoing monthly platform and management subscription. The exact scope and pricing depend on clinic size, locations, patient volume, communication usage, integrations, and selected capabilities. Applicable taxes are added according to the clinic's country.

Subscription fees are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in restricted access to the clinic workspace until the outstanding amount is settled.

User and clinic responsibilities

The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides, for the professional care it delivers, and for compliance with the healthcare, data protection, and employment laws of its jurisdiction.

Users must keep account credentials secure and must not misuse the platform, attempt to access data they are not authorised to view, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Clinics are responsible for obtaining any patient consent required by law for the processing of patient information through the platform.

Data collection and use

By using the Medigo website, submitting an estimate form, or creating a clinic account, you agree that Medigo may collect and process information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes operational, technical, and contact information needed to deliver the services.

Intellectual property

All software, content, designs, documentation, and materials provided by Medigo remain the intellectual property of Medigo or its licensors. The clinic receives a limited licence to use the platform during the subscription term for its internal business purposes.

Clinics retain ownership of the data they enter into their workspace. Medigo may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the platform and produce insights, but will not share identifiable clinic or patient data without authorisation.

Third-party services

Custom domains, payment gateways, messaging integrations, and other add-on services depend on third-party providers and may require verification, separate terms, or additional charges. Charges billed by those providers are not included in Medigo pricing unless explicitly stated.

Security and confidentiality

Medigo implements reasonable security measures to protect clinic data and platform availability. The clinic must also maintain its own security practices, such as using strong passwords, limiting user access, and training staff on data protection.

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during implementation and support as confidential, and not to disclose it except as required to deliver or use the services.

No outcome guarantee

Medigo provides systems, processes, and support. Clinical, operational, and commercial outcomes depend on factors outside the platform, including clinic adoption, market conditions, and compliance practices, and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Medigo's liability for any claim arising from the use of the website or services is limited to the amount paid by the clinic for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the event. Medigo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Updates to these terms

Medigo may update these Terms of Service as the platform, regulation, or business practices change. Material changes will be communicated to active clinic contacts. Continued use of the website or services after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
