Data processing and clinic responsibilities
Clinic data entered into a Medigo workspace is processed on behalf of the clinic. The clinic remains responsible for the lawfulness of the patient information it records, for obtaining any necessary consent, and for complying with the healthcare and data protection laws of its jurisdiction.
Some services, including custom domains, payment gateways, messaging integrations, and analytics, involve third-party providers. Where used, those providers process only the data required to deliver the requested service and are bound by appropriate contractual obligations.
